About the service

UNOST is an automated BTC-to-USDT exchange service (TRC-20/ERC-20/BEP-20). No signup, no custody of your funds, no personal data collected.

Source of funds and AML

By using the service you confirm that the funds are yours and of lawful origin. Using the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or exchanging funds linked to darknet markets, extortion, or any other illegal activity is prohibited. The service may hold or refund a suspicious transaction to the refund address.

Jurisdiction

Before proceeding with an exchange, carefully study the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you, including cryptocurrency and tax rules, and you use the service at your own risk.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the correct recipient address and selected network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; the service does not reimburse losses from a wrong address or network.

Rate and amounts

A quote is an estimate at the time of request. The final amount may differ within the allowed slippage due to market conditions.

Refunds

If an exchange cannot be completed, funds are returned to the refund address you provided, minus the network fee.

Privacy and data

We do not record your IP. Data of a successfully completed exchange is deleted 15 minutes after completion.

Limitations

The service is available to persons 18+. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Exchanges are executed via third-party liquidity providers. The service's liability is limited to the amount of the specific operation.
