To make your swap fast and smooth, follow these simple rules. Some actions can cause errors or freeze your order.

What to avoid

Don't replace the fee after sending (RBF)

Replace-by-Fee is a mechanism for replacing an unconfirmed transaction with a new one that carries a higher fee. Once you send BTC, the system records the hash of the incoming transaction. Replacing the fee changes that hash, and the platform may not detect the new transaction automatically. The swap will hang in a pending state even if the replacement transaction has already been confirmed.

If you did replace the fee and the swap is stuck, contact support with your order ID and the new transaction hash.

Don't send an amount different from the one in your order

Sending less than required will not trigger the swap — the platform expects an exact match. Sending more will not increase the amount you receive — the excess will not be credited. Always send exactly the amount shown in the exchange form.

Don't close the swap page before saving your order ID

Your order ID is shown on the status screen after the swap is created. Write it down or copy it — with this ID you can track the status at any time.

Don't provide an address from a different network

Each swap direction requires an address on the corresponding network. For example, USDT TRC20 needs a TRON address (starts with T); USDT ERC20 needs an Ethereum address (starts with 0x). The address is validated automatically when the order is created.

Don't use exchange addresses as your refund address

When specifying a refund address (in case the swap fails), use a personal BTC wallet. Exchange addresses may require an additional identifier (memo/tag) that is not transmitted automatically.

Recommendations

  • Check the network fee before sending — a low fee can delay transaction confirmation. The recommended fee is shown in your wallet.
  • Save your order ID — you can always use it to check the swap status.
  • Provide a refund address — this is your personal BTC address where funds are returned if the swap fails.
